To initiate a return, please send us an email at order@thevoguevibes.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs if applicable.

We do not accept returns for any other reasons other than product defects or damages.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that the returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund accordingly, issuing a credit to your original payment method.

No Refunds but Credit Only Policy:

We do not offer refunds for products purchased on our website.

Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns or exchanges.

Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website and is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person or account.
